COACHING
Erospirituality is the decolonial sacred fusion of sexuality and spirituality—eros, a grounding force that roots you in truth and liberates you from “the Defaults” (oppressive societal and sexual norms). Rooted in somatics, spirituality, and sexuality or Erospirituality, the Erotic Living Self-Study Course is a trauma-informed erotic intelligence coaching course that supports your capacity to reconnect to your sexuality, spirituality, and reclaim your embodied relationship to your erotic embodiment as a daily source of power rather than a shadow of shame.
CERTIFICATION
At the heart of the Erospirituality Centre is a commitment to deepen how helping professionals embody their own erotic intelligence while expanding their capacity to support others. The Erotic Intelligence Coaching Certification is a trauma-informed, integrative somatic sexology training designed for therapists, coaches, educators, healers, and embodied practitioners ready to move beyond traditional models of emotional intelligence into a practice that honors the erotic as mind-body-spirit intelligence.

Erospirituality Centre provides trauma-informed, integrative somatic sexuality education with non-touch somatic sexological bodywork practices of erotic presence, breathwork, restorative movement, and energy medicine. Most offerings are eligible for American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) continuing education credits.
For me, this collective liberation work began in 2017 as a desire to create a sacred space for sexual healing for queer and non-queer Black women and Black non-binary professionals —Womynism Sacred Circle, a one-day healing retreat rooted in queer Womanism, which later expanded to welcome others of the QTBIPOC from the Global Majority who are also erotically marginalized. This liberation work centers on the importance of our sexual, spiritual, and somatic well-being —a wholeness and WHOLE-Self approach to liberation. Erospirituality Centre explores the non-touch integrative somatic sexological work of erotic intelligence, energy medicine, and the intuitive mind-body relationship with a decolonial approach to sacred sexuality.

A joke aside, in our current societal and global state of chaos, we need deliberate ways of healing and being that honor our stages of being and healing-crisis, surviving, and thriving. Rooted in the safety of Black queer erotic healing, Erospirituality Centre reclaims erotic wholeness as the embodied capacity for pleasure, a birthright by creating space for an intuitive relationship with our mind, body, energy, and spirit. This is how the erotic helps us reclaim our desires, our joy, our intimacy, and our radical self-acceptance.
