Whether you are a survivor, a professional who is also a survivor, or someone desiring to (re-) connect to their peace, their pleasure, and their power, Erospirituality Centre has been created for us.

My relationship to healing has always been BOTH/AND

I mean-

My personal self AND my professional self,

My spiritual self and my sexual self,

My emotional and my dissociative self,

My colonized self and my decolonizing self,

My vanilla self and my kinky self,

Can you tell I might be a switch? 

A joke aside, in our current societal and global state of chaos, we need deliberate ways of healing and being that honor our stages of being and healing- crisis, surviving, and thriving. Personally, and professionally, I have always desired to ways to help myself, my loved ones, my lovers, my friends, my colleagues, and my clients. Little did I know what it would mean for me to embark on this journey, I now call erotic liberation.

Whether you are a survivor, a professional who is also a survivor, or someone desiring to (re-) connect to their peace, their pleasure, and their power, Erospirituality Centre has been created for us.

 At the heart of erotic liberation lies a radical truth: our erotic energy is not only sexual but spiritual, somatic, and intuitive. The erotic is the energy of our desires- sexual & non-sexual, energetic, and spiritual. This is the energy force that informs our discerning desires, powers our joy, fuels our creativity, and affirms our inherent worth. For those of us healing from trauma, the impact of marginalization, and historical and contemporary cultural and embodied disconnection, reclaiming this energetic connection to one’s WHOLENESS is not indulgence—it is essential care and it is erotic.

Erotic Liberation is a radical, embodied state of being where one’s erotic energy—sexual, spiritual, somatic, and intuitive—is reclaimed as a sacred source of truth, power, and care. It is the life force of our discerning desires, the pulse of our joy, the root of our creativity, and the mirror of our inherent worth.

For those healing from trauma, marginalization, and disconnection from body, culture, and spirit, Erotic Liberation is not indulgence—it is essential. It is a return to WHOLENESS.

Erotic Liberation is not a destination but a practice of presence—a continual choosing of self-love, self-trust, and self-permission. It is the embodied experience of being at home within oneself, of listening deeply to one’s desires, and responding with nourishing, affirming care. To be erotically liberated is to live in alignment with your authentic truth, to experience pleasure as healing, and to love yourself into your fullest becoming. This gives us capacity for what we love and who we love-starting with Self first.

Erospirituality Centre and Erospirituality.com is the online learning space and erotic healing community of Healing the Erotic Self Life Coaching Program and Liberation System for both queer and trans survivors, and also therapists, educators, counselors, and coaching, healing, and helping professionals, while centering marginalized erotic lived experience of Black queer and trans folks. This healing space also welcomes those who are affirming and seeking support for their Whole Self, Mind, body, spirit, and energy. In this sacred healing space, you will experience liberatory intensives, erotic embodiment masterclasses, and erospiritual community with events that are the perfect invitation to deepen your erotic connection to your mind, body, spirit, and energy.

This healing space provides healing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
